Ingredients: Maize meal Water

Utensils: - 1 x plastic Tub / tupperware with a lid - 1 X medium sized pot

Steps: Mix maize meal with water in plastic container. Place in a cupboard and allow it to ferment for at least 2 days Boil water in a pot and add the fermented mix until you have a preferred consistency of thickness.
